Restaurante Maga Lee: Torta mousse de chocolate branco com creme de chocolate preto

Ingredientes:

Massa:

1 pacotinho de biscoito maisena (150g)

1 colher de sopa de margarina

Mousse de chocolate branco:

200 g de chocolate branco

½ caixinha de creme de leite

1 clara em neve

Creme de chocolate preto:

½ caixinha de creme de leite

5 colheres de sopa de chocolate em pó (não achocolatado)

Modo de Preparo:

Base:

1. Bata a bolacha do liquidificador formando uma farinha fina
2. Misture a margarina e formando uma farofinha e amasse até formar uma massa lisa
3. Forre o fundo das taças

Mousse branca:

1. Derreta o chocolate no micro-ondas ou em banho-maria, misture o creme de leite e acrescente a clara em neve delicadamente
2. Coloque as duas porções na taça, formando a segunda camada da torta

Creme de chocolate preto:

1. Apenas misture a ½ caixinha de creme de leite e as 5 colheres de sopa de chocolate em pó
2. Cubra a mousse branca e leve as taças para geladeira cobertas com papel filme por pelo menos umas 4 horas, para ficar firme
3. Fica muito mais gostoso
